停针无语泪盈眸,不但伤春夏亦愁。

花外飞来双燕子,一番飞过一番羞。

Abashed before the Swallows

Zhu Shuzhen

As my needle pauses, tears wordlessly fill my eyes,

Not only in spring do I grieve; summer has its sadnesses as well.

A pair of swallows fly over the flowers;

Each time they pass, I feel shame.
